Ultius.com is not an ordinary website of a writing service. On this site, I found detailed information about everything, as well as some unique features I haven’t come across in the past. For example, Ultius has a system where customers can block the writers they don’t like and manage their orders in that way.
However, the reputation does not say the same as the website. Testimonials on their website are hardly anything alike those outside of the website, on the Internet. For this reason, I proceeded with my research for this Ultius review.

Services Review
At Ultius.com, you can find four categories of different services – writing, editing, business and admissions. The first category applies to all those papers students get during their studies. As a big advantage I found, there wasn’t any paper I could come up with that isn’t on this list.
The second category applies to papers students have ready, but still, need some editing before they are submitted. Business applies to resumes and other job-related documents you might need to land an interview after your studies. And finally, admission papers help you get to the schools you want to enroll into.
All this makes for a grand service list, which would be great if the pricing and quality were as good, too. Let’s see what the case is there.
Prices Review
All prices can be found on the pricing page of Ultius, except for those for admission services. If you wish to purchase an admission paper of some kind, you’d have to reach their support service. Thankfully, that one is always available.
As for rates, ultius.com is a finely-priced service. In my experience, prices like the ones here are a bit high, but with the combined discounts, they look better. Of course, what’s left to determine is whether the quality is as good as the rates suggest. If it isn’t and all those bad testimonials are true, Ultius is an expensive service that doesn’t provide your money’s worth.
The lowest writing quote provided by Ultius is $17.90, which is something an undergraduate student can get with a deadline of 20 days. Of course, high school students almost never get such deadlines, so it is safe to assume that no one really enjoys the lowest rate.
As the levels increase and the deadline decreases, the prices rapidly change upward. They go as high as $54 for a page for high school level, if the student orders it within 3 hours only. This is a great urgent deadline option, but a very steep price for a student.
In terms of the discounts I’ve mentioned, there isn’t anything that indicates a long-term, set discount. You can enjoy one of their limited-time offers which pop up when you open the site. Judged by the comments from customers, these are almost always available and range somewhere between 5% and 10%.
Unfortunately, they only apply to the first order you make, which makes this service an expensive choice in the long run.
Content Quality
Prices such as these ones would empty the budget of a student in no time, especially if they need help often. Because of the rate I paid, I expected amazing quality that would make it all worthwhile. However, the quality was far from great. It was average, which is definitely not something I wanted to get after spending a fortune on a single paper.
The paper I received wasn’t much flawed, but it definitely needed improvement and wasn’t at all worthy of a high grade. It didn’t have mistakes that’d indicate that their writers are not native or not educated, but it was obvious that the writer didn’t bother to follow the instructions. The writing wasn’t really fitting with the topic I requested, and even the word count was shorter than the agreed length.
Customer Support Agents
Because of the issue with the paper’s length and the quality I received, I spoke to the customer support agents. Despite their professional responses, these agents didn’t help me solve my problem. I did not get a revision because, according to them, I wasn’t entitled to one if I couldn’t find an error or plagiarism. Apparently, paper quality and guidelines’ adherence don’t apply when it comes to the free revision policy of Ultius.com.
In addition to this, the agents of the support service were very slow. After waiting for some time to get an initial response, I was redirected to several agents before they even discussed my problem with the paper and the writer.
Final Thoughts
High prices should result in high quality, but even though Ultius has the first, they most certainly lack the second. Their list of papers is great and so is the customer support, but the content quality is still the priority of students in need of such help.
Because of this, I believe that Ultius is not the best service to work with, and suggest you don’t spend your money on ordering papers here.
